Title: Project Officer, Child Protection for Birth Registration (Fixed Term, NO-C level, IMIS 17601)
Duty Station: Jakarta
Contract Duration: 2 years
Summary of the Post:
Under the general guidance of the Chief of Child Protection unit, responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the activities relating to child protection within the country programme. To provide technical support as well as to pursue a national policy advocacy agenda.
Qualifications:
· Advanced University Degree in Social Science or related fields.
· At least 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience in related fields at national level. Knowledge of latest developments and technology in the field of Child Protection, Child Rights, and related field. International experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation in child protection an asset.

Title: Project Officer Health (Malaria) (Fixed Term, NO-C level, Case No IDS06006)
Duty Station: Jakarta
Contract Duration: 2 years
Summary of the Post:
Under the general guidance of the Project Officer MCH and Malaria, coordinate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Malaria in Pregnancy Programme in linkage with the Safe Motherhood projects. Also work closely with the US-CDC-seconded malaria technical expert to be stationed at the National Malaria Control Programme.
Qualifications:
· Advanced University Degree in Health Sciences, Master in Public Health preferable.
· Five (5) years of professional working experience in related fields of community development in Mother and Child Health care. Some knowledge of malaria desirable.
· Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· The staff can be relied upon to provide up to date professional expertise to the Field Offices in his or her sector and to leverage this expertise successfully to meet the goals of UNICEF.

Summary of the Post:
Under the general guidance of the Chief of Communication Section, and in close coordination with the Communication Officer, responsible for the design, management, execution, monitoring and evaluation of a behaviour change and social mobilization strategy in support of the country programme.
Qualifications:
· Advanced university degree in the social/behavioural sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Health Education) with emphasis on participatory communication, communication planning, social mobilization, participatory research, training and impact evaluation of communication interventions.
· Five (5) years progressively responsible work experience in the planning and management of social development programmes, including two years in developing countries, with practical experience in the adaptation and application of communication planning processes to specific programmes.
· Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of current developments in the fields of communication theory, motivational psychology, adult learning theory, indigenous media, community organization and participation.
· Training in strategic communication planning, behaviour analysis, formative research and evaluation of communication interventions. Proven skills in communication, networking, advocacy and negotiation.

Summary of the Post:
Under the policy guidance and supervision of the Chief of the unit, responsible for HIV/AIDS response at country level. Assists with overall implementation and coordination of the Fighting HIV/AIDS programme main activities with major focus on primary prevention of HIV. In particular ensure effective review, planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring of primary prevention component of the programme.
Qualifications:

Summary of the Post:
Under the general guidance of the Senior Project Officer, Health and Nutrition, and the PO Immunization L-4 and TFT PO EPI Communications, assist implementation of programme communications activities in support of the EPI and SIA Programmes.
Qualifications:
· Advance University Degree in Social Sciences, Master in Public Health preferable.
· At least five (5) years of professional working experience in related fields of monitoring and evaluation. Immunization programme experience in or about Indonesia a plus.

Summary of the Post:
Under the policy guidance of the Senior Project Officer and supervision of the Project Officer Monitoring and Evaluation, responsible for (a) managing technical aspects of the implementation of the MDG monitoring project; (b) collecting, updating, and analysing of all data and information related to the project goals for monitoring and evaluation.
Qualifications:
· Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Statistics.

Under the close supervision of the Human Resources Officer, assists in the personnel management of all categories of staff, in a large country office. Qualifications:

Summary of the Post:
Under the direct supervision of the Head of East Nusa Tenggara Office and with technical support from the Child Protection Section in Jakarta, the Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the child protection project at provincial and district level in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) .
Qualifications:
· University degree in social sciences or related field.
